Q. Can I customise my order?

Q. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A. Please refer to our Shipping page at the footer of each page for more information.

 

Q. I have an allergy, can you confirm my requirements can be met?

A. Please drop us a line via our Contact Us page with a full description of your allergy and we will come back to you with a list of recommended products. Allergen information is also on the back of each package for your convenience.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We sure do, you can find some international shipping information and rates on our Shipping page, however if you required country is not listed, drop us a line, via our Contact Us page and let us know your required delivery location and we will come back to you with an estimated ETA and delivery fee for your consideration.

 

Q. What is the product shelf Life?

A. Product shelf life can be anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Different products differ in there expiration dates however we can guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months for all products.

 

Q. What happens if something is wrong with my parcel?

A. Please do not hesitate to contact us with 48 hours of noticing something is wrong via our Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
